What wallet generator does Arbia use?

Arbia uses Bitaddress supported by GitHub and links the password you create when you sign up via an Application Programming Interface to the Bitcoin Improvement Protocol 38 belonging to your automatically generated paper wallet by creating a unique link between the password of your choise and the Advanced Encryption Standard AED-256-CBC to provide a highly secure cryptographic SHA-256 storage to operate the wallet.

How many accounts can I open?

You can only open one account, without including any private pro service accounts.

What happens if I forget my password?

Passwords can not be bypassed but Arbia uses multiple layers of security to ensure you will not lose the amount of BTC you hodl.

How can I close my account?

An account will close down automatically after 365 days of inactivity.

Are the inactivity charges?

There are no inactivity charges.

Do I pay for account maintainess?

Account maintainess charges apply only on pro services.

How much does Arbia charges me?

Arbia charges you 50% of your total profits. RBF is charged 0.1 BTC

How do I pay for fees?

You send a BTC payment to our address.

How often do I have to pay fees?

Fees are calculated and requested from you to be paid every last day of each month.

What happens if I forget to pay the fee?

You will be informed regarding the payment we require via SMS and phone call.

What happens if I do not pay the fee?

You failing to pay the fee will lead in an interuption of our services.

Why is the fee as much as it is?

Due to the high quality service and the practicaly non exicting risk that Arbia provides the commissions stand at 50% of the total monthly profits to not only ensure a normal return to the firm but to also maintain the quality of our service.

Can I have a lower fee?

Yes. Arbia offers a range of opportunities to lower your fees.

Why is my transaction pending?

Transaction remain pending so that they do not damage any arbitraging movements and until the required BTC confirmations are reached.

How Arbia operates?

Arbia requires no action by the client to function. It is based on a combination of algorithmic AI technology and human intuition thus creating a semi automatic assessment system.

How does the algorithm work?

The algorithm scans the prices of over 90 exchanges, each assesed with a risk level factor. The best buy and sell prices are pulled up and submitted for our group of experts to assess and decide to either approve or not the transaction.

How many times you arbitrage per day?

Arbia continously works for the uppermost results but since arbitrage relies on price gap exploitation there is nothing precise.

How to fund?

After purchasing the desired amount of BTC to the Centralized Exchange of your choosing you need to transfer that amount to your BTC Wallet in Arbia

How to cash out?

Sending BTC from your Wallet in Arbia to a Centralized Exchange of your choosing taking around 30 minutes depending on mining speed.

How to pay fees?

Fees are paid every last day of each month. The commision will be paid on a specified Wallet used for payments. A screenshot of the transaction may be required.

What happens if I accidentaly pay more to Arbia than what I should?

Please inform us of the case and the differance will be refunded to a Wallet of your chossing within 2 working days.

Do I lose when Bitcoin price goes down?

Indeed your Bitcoin is loosing purchasing power but due to the gaps being more frequent and higher when the price takes a bearish turn your amount of BTC grows a lot more. So even though the purchasing power of your BTC is getting lower you are balancing by arbitraging more frequently and getting higher percentages of growth on your BTC total.

How many confirmations are needed for BTC deposits?

Transactions are executed after 2 confirmations.

There are three types of Cryptocurrency Exchanges. Centralized, that offers exchange services between FIAT and Cryptocurrency and vice versa. Decentralized, that offers exchange services between various Cryptocurrencies. Hybrid, that offers a big range of exchange services.

Arbitrage is nothing but an exploitation of the flaudy system of the financial market. As much as it might be damaging to the big corporations Arbitrage is absolutely legal.

What is the minimum to invest?

Arbia has no minimum requirements for the one week test period aplicable to all new clients. After the conclusion of the one week test period there will be requirements on the amount held by each client depending on the price gaps of the market.

How much can I make with arbitrage?

That depends on the price gaps that we take advantage of but an aproximate amount of 12% per week should be expected.

How frequently can I withdraw?

You have no restriction whatsoever on withdrawals. A maximum delay of 2 hours may apply if your capital is being arbitraged

Can I withdraw to my card or bank?

Arbia allows you to make a transfer of your cryptocurrency to a Centralized Exchange of your choosing. Depending on the Centralized Exchange you will be able to withdraw either to your card or your bank account.

Do I have any charges?

Arbia does not charge new clients for a test period of one week. Once the trial week is over we will be requiring a payment of 50% of the total profits.

I do not have BTC can Arbia suggest me where to buy?

Arbia can suggest and will maintain responsibility for the Centralized Exchanges that we collaborate. In the rare case that you may face issues with our suggested Centralized Exchanges and if those issues are not solved by the exchange within a period of 5 working days Arbia will be reimbursing you for any loss of capital.

Who can see and use my data?

Your data will be available only to authorized personel and only during working hours. Will the information I provide be sold rented or on any way used by third parties? No. Arbia respects and protects the information you provide to us.

Can I ramain anonymous while using Arbia?

Yes. You can remain anonymous for minor accounts up to 1 BTC. For higher amounts Arbia can provide such services on pro service account holders.

Are there any restricted countries?

We deny services to citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan,Belarus,Burma,Democratic Republic of Congo,Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Eritrea, India, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Republic of Guinea, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
